These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the HMSC Operations Console (the “Application”), a private business application operated by Hot Melt Supply Co LLC, doing business as Hot Melt Supply Company (“HMSC,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application is an internal operations console used by HMSC's authorized personnel to prepare quotes, manage orders and inventory, reference documentation, and view business analytics. It integrates with third-party business systems on HMSC's behalf, including Intuit QuickBooks (accounting), Fishbowl (inventory and orders), and Microsoft 365.
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for HMSC's internal business purposes only. You agree not to: use the Application unlawfully; attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access; interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Application or its underlying systems; or copy, resell, or make the Application available to any third party.
Access requires authentication through the identity provider we designate (Microsoft Entra ID). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account, and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.
When an authorized administrator connects the Application to a QuickBooks Online company, the Application accesses that company's accounting data through Intuit's API on a read-only basis, solely to display business analytics and reporting within the Application. The Application does not create, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks. The administrator may disconnect the Application at any time, which revokes its access. Use of connected QuickBooks data is further described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application and its content are owned by HMSC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. Third-party names and trademarks referenced in the Application (including OEM and Nordson part identifiers) are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOT MELT SUPPLY CO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
We may modify the Application or these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted, and the “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any related dispute.
